Before You Begin...
Please make sure you follow all prevailing safe management measures. These challenges are designed so that they could be completed with no physical contact with others.
Instructions

Understand which stage of physical fitness you are at now and come up with a training plan to get fitter.

Use the following resource as a brief guide on simple exercises to train different areas of the body:

 

Document and monitor your fitness regime or training regime for a sport for at least 10 days.

Record at least 10 days of the regime

Explain why this specific regime has been selected and the body areas you wish to train with your regime

Include a future fitness plan

Submit a reflection based off the given reflection questions
