Before You Begin...
Cooking with an open flame could be dangerous. Please exercise caution when cooking to avoid burns. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination.Please make sure you follow all prevailing safe management measures. These challenges are designed so that it could be completed with no physical contact with others.

Plan and cook a well-balanced meal of 2 to 4 dishes for your family members.
